An audit of a glass manufacturing facility by an experienced American Glass Research expert can provide you with the confidence you need to purchase and utilize new glass. Our experts will make an on-site visit of the glass manufacturing facility and conduct a detailed audit. Records are thoroughly reviewed to assure a high level of ongoing quality in all aspects of the manufacturing process. Recommendations regarding continuous improvements in the manufacturing process are provided and key segments of the manufacturing process that affect container quality are evaluated. Practices for defect detection, correction and prevention are challenged and adherence to quality policies and procedure will be investigated particularly as it relates to rejected or faulty product.  

At the completion of the audit, American Glass Research will issue a full Audit Report detailing our findings including areas of strength and any short comings. In addition, recommendations for continuous improvement of quality systems are made.
